YM Tengku Shamsulbhari Alhaj is a distinguished corporate leader, philanthropist, and diplomat from Malaysia, with a legacy rooted in the royal families of Selangor and Kelantan.
He is the cousin of DYMM Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, the current Sultan of Selangor, also a direct descendant and grandson of both the Sultan Hisammudin, Sultan of Selangor and Sultan Ibrahim Sultan of Kelantan.

He has also served as the Deputy Chairman of the Yayasan Tengku Indera Pahlawan Diraja Negeri Selangor, focusing on charitable initiatives. He is also the President of the Malay Businessmen & Industrialists Association of Malaysia (Selangor), advocating for the interests of Malay entrepreneurs.
Demonstrating a commitment to international relations, Tengku Shamsulbhari Alhaj was appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of The Gambia in Malaysia.
In this role, he promotes bilateral trade, cultural exchange, and provides consular services to Gambian citizens in Malaysia.

Datuk Dr. Leow Chee Seng is a distinguished Malaysian academic, researcher, and consultant renowned for his expertise in human behavior, strategic management, and organizational development. He holds the position of Advisor at the Human Resources Development Association of Malaysia (HRDA) and serves as a Productivity Champion under the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
